The song Video Killed The Radio Star was released in 1979 with the intentions of harping on the fact that 20th century technology were on the come up and beginning to make a serious change. At first I had no clue what The Buggles was and what this song was.
However, I was able to figure out what song it was from the initial "Oh Oh". I could tell as soon as the video started that this was made in the 70's. The production of the video looks outdated by modern standards. But the icing on the cake was the awkwardness of the band members in the video. The whole thing looks more like a high school band making their first music video. All and all, it was a great song so it made up for it.
